Payment methods

We accept cash and cheques with a valid cheque guarantee card. We do not have the facilities to accept credit or debit cards at present, although this payment facility will be made available over the coming months. Please telephone or email us for more details.

Cancellation policy

Clients are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving our therapist's time exclusively for their treatment. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of any appointment to avoid incurring any charges. Charges are made at our discretion.

Home visits

Home visits are only available to female clients. If you are male, appointments are available at our store. Please ensure that you have a space clear, tidy and of an adequate size ready for the therapist to set up their equipment when they arrive at your house.

Appointments

Please try to arrive on time for your appointments. If you are late, your treatment may be cut short.

Consultations

Before your treatment, a detailed consultation will take place. This will give the therapist insight into any areas that may need particular attention and provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions. All information is kept strictly confidential.

Contra-indications

Some medical conditions require consent from your doctor before a treatment can be performed. We have the right to refuse a treatment if you have a contra-indication which may affect the treatment.

Conduct

We have the right to refuse treatment if you behave in an inappropriate way or if you are intoxicated with alcohol or drugs.
